Attaching Threaded Posts using Double-Sided Tape

If there are no suitable and/or available threaded mounting points on the tractor’s cabin roof, double-sided adhesive tape (provided) can be used to attach a pad upon which the bottom holder and threaded post can be attached.
Before using double-sided tape, ensure that the tractor cabin roof surface is flat, clean, smooth and dry.

1. Attach each bottom holder to a pad using the provided M6, length 16 countersink screws.

   

2. Cover the bottom surface of each pad with the double-sided tape (provided).

3. Press each pad on to the tractor cabin roof in a position appropriate for installation.

   

4. Attached the threaded post to the bottom holder using the M6, length 40 countersink screws. Then repeat to install the second threaded post on the other side of the tractor cabin roof.
