Completion Requirements

Completion requirements in Dispatch Pro can be edited and customized for specific kinds of orders.

Note:  These requirements only refer to completion in Dispatch Pro, not completion in Viper® 4 or in the Slingshot® Operations application.

To set up completion requirements:

  1. In any screen in Dispatch Pro, select the user name to prompt the drop-down menu. Select Account. A new window will open.

  2. In the Organization Settings table, select Completion Requirements. A new page will open.

  3. From the drop-down menu, select the type of order that is desired to have customized completion requirements. If Default is selected, the requirements will be applied to all orders.

  4. Carefully review the options available to customize completion requirements.
  5. If needed, create a custom completion requirement by selecting ADD near the top right-side of the window and fill out the blank fields.
  6. For the desired requirements, select HIDE, SHOW, or REQUIRE.
  7. Note:   The SHOW option will allow the requirement to be seen in the completion tab. The REQUIRE option will require the user to enter a value or the completion record will not save.

    Note:  The default setting is set to HIDE for all options.
