Automations

Dispatch Pro automations allow an account manager to set up rules for common situations and to automatically perform specific actions with work orders and dispatches.

For example, an automation may be used to automatically reschedule an assignment if the completion percentage does not reach a defined percentage.

The Automations screen is divided between My Automations and Suggested Automations. My Automations are automations that are currently running if the green toggle is selected to the on position. Suggested Automations are templates which can be added and used for specific situations.

Note:  Automations use the Dynamic LINQ coding language to create valid expressions. For help with the coding language, refer to https://dynamic-linq.net/expression-language or contact AgSync support.
