GPS Serial Output
Note: Some pages and options may differ based upon how the machine or implement is configured.
- Select the GPS Serial Output or Serial Output Configuration button.
- Use the Config Types drop-down to toggle between the following options:

Provides 3D compensated GNSS Global Navigation Satellite System position messages in a NMEA
National Marine Electronics Association 0183 format through the serial output.
Baud Rate
The rate at which messages are transmitted over the serial port. This rate must be set to match the devices on the system which are intended to receive serial output messages.
Note: The default baud rate setting is 115200 and is recommended for auto-steering systems.
Message Types
Allows the operator to configure required and desired NMEA message types and frequency.
Note: Changing message types and rates may cause poor system performance. It is not recommended to change message rates unless instructed by documentation or the Raven Technical Service team.

Modem Status
The modem status may display as:
- No Comm: No modem detected.
- Configuring: Modem is detected.
- Connected: Modem is connected to the steering guidance controller (SGC
steering guidance controller).
Modem Type
The detected radio modem type will display here. Modem type options are:
- 450 MHz
- 900 MHz
Radio Base
Select a base station from the drop-down list to select a stored radio base or select New to create a new radio base. Refer to Add or Delete Radio Modem for assistance with managing or creating radio modems.

Select RTK Real-time Kinematic Out to output 3D compensated RTK to another ECU
Electronic Control Unit. The operator may set the baud rate for the serial output.
