Mount and Connect the Lockout Switch

  • Metric socket set - 5 to 24 mm

  1. Mount the Lockout Switch (P/N 063-2610-008) to the hand rail using the integrated bracket and four bolts provided on the back of the switch.

  2. Connect the 4-pin Lockout Switch extension cable (P/N 115-2610-113) to the lockout switch.

    Note:  Any excess cable may be coiled and secured between the tank and stairwell.

  3. Route the cable underneath the left side of the cab, and inside the wheel well, toward the back of the cab.

    caution

    Route cables to avoid creating a tripping hazard and away from possible damage due to pinch points, heat generating and moving components, etc.

  4. Connect the Lockout Switch cable to the 4-pin connector labeled LOCKOUT SWITCH on the main MCM harness (P/N 115-2610-092).
  5. Proceed to the Mount and Connect the Radar Assembly (Case IH Magnum) or Mount and Connect the Radar Assembly (New Holland T8) topic to proceed with the installation process.
